Want to play sports in high school?

All students participating in sports must be academically eligible. Students must have a 2.0 GPA or higher and no more than one E on their previous quarter report card. For example, if you wish to play a fall sport, your fourth quarter grades must be meet the academic eligibility standards.

Follow these steps:

• Complete the following forms:
  • Physical Evaluation Form
• Complete the online registration through Focus.  Use this form for instructions on setting up an account. Please note all forms must be complete before you register – you will upload them to the site, so make sure you have the forms before registration closes. See below for registration dates.

Registration Dates:
Fall Sports: August 14th or 19th
Winter Sports: November 15th 
Spring Sports: March 1st

Athletic Boosters

The PHS Athletic Boosters promotes and supports the PHS athletic program through increased community awareness and participation. The goal of the Boosters is to raise needed funds to benefit the PHS Athletic community - particularly due to an extremely limited athletics budget provided by Baltimore County.
