SADD - Student Against Destructive Decisions
Adviser: Mr. Lantos
SADD aims to prevent destructive decisionswithin our peer group. This includes, but is not limited to, underage drinking,use of drugs, distracted driving, and more. Our main goal in SADD is to spreadword about how your actions affect those around you, and to have a positiveimpact on our peers and community. The club meets in Room 130.


Interact
Adviser: Ms. Cryan
The Interact Club meets on Tuesdays from 2:25- 3:00 in room 122.  The Interact club is a fun group of students that teams up with the Rotary Club of Pikesville to take on service projects to better the community. 

Drama Club
Adviser: Mr. Kotula
The Pikesville Players, the drama club of PHS, meets at least twice a month to discuss the needs of the current production. In addition, cast members rehearse, Tuesday through Friday, from 2:20 - 4:00, in Room 213. The Pikesville Players produce one drama and one musical per school year, conduct at least two fundraisers per school year, and take an annual trip to NYC in order to attend a Broadway show.

Multiculturally Rising AboveDifferences (MRAD)
Adviser: Ms. Bailey
MRAD is a club that celebrates the unique practices and beliefs of various cultures. MRAD strives to  unite and increase unity among the school student body through programs, events and cultural differences.

Educators Rising
Adviser: Ms. Bailey
This club guides young people on a path to becoming accomplished teachers, beginning in high school and extending through college and into the profession. At the high school level, Educators Rising is integrated into co-curricular programs of study or elective courses where students gain authentic opportunities to experience teaching and build the skills they need to be successful educators. 

National Honor Society

National Art Honor Society

National Technical Honor Society
Advisers: Ms. Leiby and Mr. Wilson
NTHS is open to students in the Interactive Media Production program. Students create media pieces to support the school and community.

Mock Trial
Adviser: Students participate in rehearsed trials to learn about the legal system in a competitve manner.

Politics Club

The club is just for fun and usually meets around the most recent televised debates. 
Are you interested in politics? Do you think Bernie will beat Hillary in the Democratic primaries? Does Trump have enough steam to outlast the field and get the Republican nomination? Come discuss these issues and more as the primary and general election approach. Please listen to the morning announcements for specific dates and locations for our meetings. We can't wait to hear your opinion!
